It's the synergy of the weebom/broom, in two minutes or less, with no chance of damage to even a level 1 pet, that makes this so alluring.
Enchanted Broom: Sweep.
Swap to Carry (it's a dodge round, so carry isn't attacked)
Swap to Weebom.
Cleave until Weebom is dead. Backline pets will be dead, leaving just a tiny bit of HP, if any, on the frontline pet. Broom can batter that out of the way.
I haven't tried a teroclaw, so I don't know if there's RNG dependence, if you have to have particular carries...but I swear by this strat. Sometimes, the weebom comes out still alive, cause he gets some lucky crits.
If you're using pet battle binds and a rematch queue, you can do this almost automatically using just your keyboard. I just need a way to get the game to automatically swap weeboms for me.
No RNG on the terroclaw hatchling, but because Tyri gets to cleave a little, you have to have pets with 350-400 health or more and it takes longer, more like 20-25 rounds.
On the other hand, you get to level 2 pets at once and the terroclaw hatchling comes out at close to full health (so instant restart).
So it's really just preference.
Teroclaw Hatchling first -
Dodge
Nature's Ward
Alpha Strike x 3
Nature's Ward
Alpha Strike and Tyri comes in
Dodge
Alpha Strike x 2
Nature's Ward
Alpha Strike x 2 (though you can play it safe and dodge on the last turn to make sure you don't miss with Darkness up)
Puzzle comes in
Swap to carry pet (and can swap to second carry pet if they can survive a single greed shot or wait for dodge to come back up and swap in the second carry pet the next time Puzzle is about to cast dodge)
Then Dodge/Nature's Ward/Alpha Strike Puzzle to death
