S/S Bronze Whelpling / Spectral Tiger Cub (or Widget the Departed)
it's 100% consistent and can be used with any level carry and takes about 1 minute 20 seconds.

Start with bronze whelpling
1. tail sweep
2. tail sweep
3. tail sweep
4. tail sweep (Deebs is dead)
5. early advantage (bronze whelpling dead)
6. select spectral tiger cub and use spectral strike (tyri dead)
7. switch to carry
8. switch back to spectral tiger cub
9. prowl
10. spectral strike (puzzle dead)

Looks like Dec 20th for US servers is another Pet Battle Bonus week as well as Squirt being in the garrison that day.

However, now I'm waiting for info on patch 7.1.5.
With the Pandaria Timewalking, I expect the event schedule to be modified, unless they put it exactly where the TBC one was supposed to be.
As far as I remember there was a shift when the Cata one was introduced.

A month of time, before Christmas, doesn't sound like it's any time before then, but I've been already surprised many times this expansion.

For US/Oceanic she should appear right on the first day of the upcoming Pet Battle Bonus Event (Tuesday, December 20th).

Thank you for posting this. I was using classic Broom/Weeb, but there is something immensely satisfying about S/S Bronze/Cub, less moves, but it is not just that, it just fits in together oh so neatly, so perfectly! So satisfying!

Started using this strategy it rocks fast kills haven't had my 1 lvl pet take a hit love it...

New Strategy, altering Broom/Weebom, I just tried on a whim:

Enchanted Broom 2/2/2
Boneshard 2/2/2
Level Pet

1. Sweep
2. Swap to Level Pet
3. Swap to Boneshard
4. BONESTORM
5. BONESTORM
6. BONESTORM
7. Pass (Boneshard Dies, Bring in Broom)
8. Wind-Up
9. Wind-Up (Puzzle Dies)
10. Batter (Deebs Dies)
11. Batter (Tyri Dies)

For those who don't have a S/S breed Bronze Whelp and want a faster strategy than the Weebom, since it's now a 15 round strategy.
