Top-rated pets?

Is there or should there be more than one flavor of Top-rating for pets?

It's hard to distinguish between pets that are top-rated for looks and those that are top-rated for pet-battle performance. I can see at different times wanting to find one or the other.

The current rating system is from before you could battle. Breanni said they hope to change it eventually but they have a lot of changes to prioritize.

this is something I definitely would like to see. often I want to have somewhere with an open discussion on top battle pets, then go further based on pvp and pvt(player vs tamer?)

I know its hard to really rate them, but obviously there are some people would have rated pretty high like an emerald proto
