me too I have leveled them but they stay in there box

If you can't unwrap them, disable your pet add ons, that's what I did and it allowed me to unwrap them.

This worked as well. I just disabled all add-ons, unwrapped, then re-enabled. Thanks.

I have virtual ticket, have unwrapped both gifts and can see the pets in game. Yet they still have not showed in my armory on wow to update my pet collection. I don't even see them as "not collected." Has anyone else ran into this?

It looks like Blizzard hasn't added these two pets to the armory for everyone yet. We'll have to wait for Blizzard to resolve it on their end (hopefully it's soon). If they don't update in the near future, we might turn on manual addition for these two pets.
