Fight Nights Missing?

I finally decided to bump up the number of pets I can carry to get the Pocket Pet Portal. But, I have checked for 3 days and there is never a battle in Dalaran for Fight Nights. I did a couple long time ago. Did these stop happening? Or what?
My toons can do world quests and I have checked multiple realms.

Nope, they're up pretty regularly. Not every day, though.

Realm doesn't matter; all realms in a region share the same World Quests.

Oddly, yesterday thee were 2 fight nights up at once! Sir Galveston and Tiffany Nelson were both in the arena in Dalaran together..I hadnt seen that happen before..Sir Galveston is a terrific pet leveling event..I highly recommend it.
