What is the current rarest un/obtainable Battle Pet

New guy here just looking to get into Battle Pets and WoW in general. I'm a bit of a collector and any introduction to the sport would be super helpful!

most likely the vanilla wow collectors edition pets, panda, zergling, and lil'diablo

I would say Mini Tyrael as well.. Hes a bear to find.. :o
