Rare pet question

Hello,
I'm new and have a question about rare pet like Winter's Little Helper. They are green but sometime I see at the AH a rare blue one. I wonder if it was only a chance to get a blue from Red Helper Box or I can get those rare somewhere else.

All Winter's Litt;e Helpers start off as Green qualityy when first summoned,

Any pet can be upgraded to Blue quality by using a Marked Flawless Battle-Stone, aka a Blue stone. These can be obtained from World Quests in Legion and after, and can also be bought from a pet vendor for Polished Pet Charms.

As you advance with pets, you will collect lots of Stones and Charms. I know, at the start, it feels very slow, but it does speed up.

If you saw a Blue Helper pet on the AH, that will be because someone already used a Blue stone on it.
