Stones and fish question.

ok i have my fishing at around 60ish on my new toon on a new server, I wanted to know if i could catch the new fish pets while my fishing is that low of level or do i got to go back on an my old toon on another server that has a max fishing?

also i read somewhere that u can use your upgrade stones on on someone elses pet if they have it out you can just click on there pet then on the stone and it will upgrade it. Wonderin if thats true or not.

If your skill is not high enough, then just keep fishing and eventually it will be.

As for stoning other people's pets... the only way to do this is for them to cage the pet, trade it to you so you can learn it, then call it out and upgrade, after which you cage it and trade it back to them.

If you fish from pools, skill won't matter. All 4 new carps can be caught from various pools in Pandaria.

I think they are rare enough that you will probably be 600 fishing by the time you get them all anyway.
