I can't find this achievement listed on my toon, or on my toon in the armory anywhere. I thought I saw it previosly, but I could be wrong. Does it not show up until you complete Vengeful Pet Brawler?

Correct, you need the previous ach. But its cumulative. 10 wins, 50 wins, then 250 wins.

It's part of a series: Merciless -> Vengeful -> Brutal -> Deadly. Each step is worth 10 achievement points.
